Take four individuals from four different states of the federation, mix them in Melbourne and add copious doses of rootsy rock'n'country, lyrics found in storytelling, with vocals to match and you have "Two Dollar Moon"...mongrel moonshine fermented in Victoria.
The name Two Dollar Moon comes from a line in a poem by writer, Lee Fuhler entitled, "City of Dogs".... "The dogs bay from the hilltops beneath the two dollar moon...".
